Business process automation that replaces spreadsheets with one system of record.
When a business outgrows spreadsheets and disconnected tools, the fix is rarely another app. It's one system built around how you actually operate, so data is entered once and every team works from the same numbers.
Signs you need this
- Several spreadsheets have to be reconciled by hand every week.
- The same data is typed into more than one tool.
- Quotes, reports or payroll depend on who happens to prepare them.
- Balances, deposits or approvals are tracked in email and memory.
What’s included
Internal platforms and dashboards
Back-office systems for operations, reporting and day-to-day work, with access for each role.
ERP-style systems
HR and payroll, accounting and point of sale in one system, designed for multiple branches from the start.
Configurable forms and reports
Question-and-answer engines your staff extend themselves, so new report or quote templates need no code.
Document automation
Receipts and invoices turned into structured data, with a review screen so people can check and correct results.
Customer and client portals
Self-service portals that take routine requests and updates off your team's plate.
Integrations between tools
Connections between the systems you keep, so data moves between them without copying and pasting.
How it works
Four steps, agreed before any code is written.
Step 01
Map the process
We sit with the people doing the work and write down every rule the spreadsheets apply, including the unwritten ones.
Step 02
Model it
Entities, permissions and calculations first, because they outlast any screen.
Step 03
Automate the costly parts
Start with the calculations and handoffs where mistakes cost the most.
Step 04
Roll out and refine
Go live with real users, then adjust to how they actually work.
Projects that prove it
Real work, anonymised. Each one is in our library.

Questions
Automate Your Business: common questions.
Do we need AI to automate our business?
Usually not. Most of the gain comes from one system of record replacing disconnected files. AI earns its place in specific jobs, such as reading receipts and invoices, and even then we design in a human review step.
Can our staff change forms and templates without a developer?
When the system is designed for it, yes. We've built inspection-report and quotation engines where new templates are configuration, not code.
We have several branches. Can one system handle that?
Yes, if branches are designed into the data model from the start. Our multi-branch ERP work combines a multi-branch chart of accounts, HR and point of sale, with access control across branches.
Can the system work in Arabic?
Yes. We've built fully Arabic back-office tools as well as bilingual Arabic and English systems.
Is custom software overkill for a small business?
Not when it's scoped to one problem. Some of our most useful tools are small ones, such as a deposit and balance tracker for a single merchant.
Have something you need to build?
Whether you’re starting with an idea, improving an existing product, or trying to rescue unfinished software, we’ll help turn the next step into a clear plan.
No sales presentation. We start with the problem.
